Hours: Mon-Fri Full-time
Location: Chadderton (Manchester)
Salary: Up to £35,000 plus bonus and benefits
Market leaders in the retail betting and gaming sector are currently seeking an Inventory/Stock Control Manager to join its Chadderton based team.
As an experienced Inventory/Supply Chain Manager with extensive exposure working in a manufacturing and a logistics environment, you will be responsible for the entire inventory process.
As well as driving the inventory processes forward using continuous improvement techniques and managing a team across multiple locations, you will primarily ensure that activities are efficient and properly documented and production and service levels are maintained.
, Responsible for process control of inventory levels to support the business with achieving budget whilst maintaining 1st fix availability
, To manage Stock Check processes across both Astea and Oracle platforms
, Control Finished Goods Processes
, Management of 3 Staff
, Provide point of liaison for Finance department regarding transactions and processes
, To control and report on Logistics spending with Transport and 3rd Party storage providers
, Responsible for the processes implemented in the Stores/Service stocking Compliance with internal & external audit procedures - processes maintained in accordance with ISO9001 certification
, To drive improvements of the Materials Management Function
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
, ERP / MRP experience - preferably Oracle 11 and Astea
, Expert MS Excel specifically, and MS Office tools generally
, Supply chain & logistics processes
, FMCG / Warehouse Management systems
This role would suit an enthusiastic and reliable individual with excellent multi-tasking and management skills who is flexible and highly organised with sound financial acumen.
