Based in the London the multicultural capital of the world my client is experiencing incredible growth! As a global leader in the IT outsource world my client works with some of the largest names in this arena.

Due to fantastic, consistent results from a top performing Inside Sales team they are now in a position to take ambitious, multilingual sales professionals.

As a global leader the company are only looking for the best of the best! Experience is not essential although salaries will directly correlate to your level of experience within the sales arena.

The ideal Inside sales candidate will be of graduate calibre and have a huge ambition to earn big in the largest industry in the world!

Salary - £25,000 to £35,000 + bonus + benefits

Location – London

Languages – German, Dutch, Nordic (3 roles)

This opportunity would suit anyone you can invest in a long term career as the company have a real emphasis on progression, training and employee care.

You will be trained by specialist managerial staff who have been hired because of their genuine care factor for the growth of the company and the individual.

The role:

  • To communicate with clients by phone with an emphasis on consultative sales.
  • Fantastic interpersonal abilities and a professional, positive attitude towards team members and clients.
  • To generate quality leads by utilising the BANT methodology.
  • To become a specialised in the IT sector through provide structural training.
  • To meet and exceed given KPI’s and targets.
  • To communicate all relevant information to clients and an accurate and timely manner.

The ideal Inside Sales candidate:

  • Graduate calibre.
  • Fluent Dutch, German OR any Nordic language
  • Experience selling into Spain, France OR Italy.
  • Ambitious, hungry, top performing mentality.
  • Relevant sales experience within the IT sector preferred (candidates without IT and exceptional graduates will be considered)
  • Fantastic attention to detail.
  • Great work ethic.
  • Understanding and experience with CRM and Microsoft Office.

Successful candidates have previously worked in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Telesales, Telemarketing, Account management, Software Sales.

Successful candidates have previously come from The Thames Valley, Reading, Farnborough, Oxford, Bracknell, Fleet, Basingstoke, Thatcham, London, Surrey, Hampshire, Cambridge, Kent, Essex, Bournemouth, Brighton, Plymouth, Dublin, Cork, Ireland.
