PA to Managing Director

This leading healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to provide support to a Managing Director who is responsible for two organisations (Healthcare & Music), in the organisation of business and private matters.

Predominantly based in the Parramatta Office with occasional city locations, routine tasks will be coupled with detailed project assistance amongst a fluid and ever changing environment.

Supporting the Managing Director, the main duties will include but not be limited to:

    • Arranging and participating in meetings, note-taking and following up on actions

    • Dictation and typing

    • Appointment setting and diary management

    • Utilising creative and technical skills to create presentations and documents

    • Organisation of travel arrangements

    • Attending work/social functions as required

    • Resolving administrative problems and inquiries

    • Compiling reports and preparing simple analysis

    • Organising conferences and events

As the successful candidate, you will have:

    • Strong communications skills

    • An adaptable and flexible approach

    • Previous PA experience in a large multinational organisation

    • A positive can-do attitude

    • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

    • Corporately presented
