A leading umbrella services company in the London area is looking for a Business Development Manager to win new logo business.

Job Title: Business Development Manager.

Location: UK Wide.
Package: £30,000-£40,000 basic salary + Commission + Excellent Benefits + Rapid Progression.

The Role:
As a business development manager for this growing and award winning umbrella services company, you will spend 100% of your time hunting new business throughout the London territory and further afield.

You will need to be independent, driven, and target motivated as you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from self-generating leads to closing top decision makers.

On top of this, you will have access to a number of inbound and warm leads, and be expected to make the most of the recent investment in an internal lead generation team!

The Candidate:
This opportunity requires a number of years experience within the umbrella services or payroll services industry.

You will need to have an excellent track record of sales achievement, including impressive revenue figures against target along with exceeding other KPI's.

The key to success in this position is the ability to be self-motivated and driven in such a competitive sales environment!

The Package:
The package is ultimately negotiable depending on experience, and will be in the region of £35,000-£40,000 basic salary in addition to a car allowance and excellent commission scheme.
