Fleet/Service Administrator

LH Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a fleet administrator to join our client's well established fleet management company located in Blackburn.

As a fleet administrator your role would be to provide administrative support to both the internal team and the external field sales team.

Duties will include the following,

, Placing vehicle orders
, Issue finance documents
, Liaising with clients to assist completion of documents
, Organising delivery of vehicle orders with client and supplier
, Ordering driver packs and coordinating registration plate enquiries
, Calling clients to follow up diary notes
, Send out client letters and welcome packs
, Processing licence checks
, Organizing hire vehicles
, Booking MOT's, tyres & Servicing
, Supporting drivers of our client's managed vehicles

It will be a huge advantage if you are a self-starter with the following attributes.

Strong communication and organisational skills, a keen eye for accuracy and an attention to detail, the ability to work to pressured deadlines within a busy office environment as well as fluency in Microsoft office.

Our client is offering a salary of £14,000 - £16,500 (OTE) as well as perks such as an onsite subsidised gym membership.

Office working hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday.

Holidays for this role will be a generous 22 days + bank holidays.
