Administration Assistant

The Company

Based in the Inner South of Sydney, this growing organisation who sit within the interiors industry have experienced steady growth and with the workflow increasing, now have an opportunity for an administration with a passion for design to join their team.

The Role

This permanent, full-time position will see you joining a small yet cohesive team providing administrative and customer service support and assisting with overflow from other areas.

On a day to day basis your duties will include:

  • First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Respond and delegate incoming enquiries in a timely manner

  • Administration support

  • Document and email production

  • Processing orders

  • Data entry, scanning and filing

  • Client database management

  • Assisting the marketing and social media team

  • Assisting in the showroom

About You

This varied role will give you the opportunity to utilise your customer service skills in a team orientated environment.

Proactive, conscientious with a great work ethic you have a great sense of humour, and the confidence to liaise with individuals at any level.

With a mature outlook you have high attention to detail, a passion for design, and a desire to get stuck in and learn about the industry.
