As Successful Meeting Room Coordinator your duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Ensuring smooth running of the meeting rooms as well as the kitchen

  • Ensuring the supply of refreshments in the meeting rooms

  • Taking care of the condition of meeting rooms

  • Coordinating with the kitchen staff regarding the stock

  • Reporting any issues or damages to the respective person

The successful Meeting Room Coordinator will have:

  • 1+ year of work experience in similar role

  • Flexible and approachable nature

  • Skills to work under immense pressure

  • Good customer service skills

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills

  • Self motivated and reliable individual

  • Good team working skills
