About the role….
As part of the Energy & Environment team in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs, you will have the opportunity to:
, Provide outstanding billing services to clients and be the key user of new technology to operate billing processes from metre data on a monthly basis.
, Run exception reports and resolve issues by following policies and procedures.
, High level of customer service and client relationship building in respect to billing issues
, Identify opportunities to improve work flows and delivery best outcomes to both the client and the company
, Take responsibility and ownership of the Company's OH&S and Corporate values within all of your activities.
, Between 3-5 year's experience in an energy billing role, either as an administrator wanting to step up or in an analytic role wanting to take on fresh and exciting challenges.
, Attention to detail
, Excellent time management to juggle many activities
, Confidence to work autonomously and yet integrate within a team.
