Team Leader - Software

This Australian software organisation is seeking a talented and innovative Team Leader to head their Customer Service and Sales business hub.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing you will be leading a team of four and accountable for:

  • Monitoring, coaching and developing a strong multi skilled team

  • Driving process improvement and efficiency

  • Ensuring quality execution around client facing processes

  • Motivating and energising the team to ensure KPIs and targets are met

  • Building brand loyalty through customer satisfaction

To be guaranteed an interview you will possess:

  • Experience leading a sales and customer service team ideally within professional services

  • Strong communication and people management skills

  • Experience using a CRM software, ideally MS dynamics

  • Strong data analytics experience to improve team performance

  • Exposure in working with value adding product and service suite
