Team Leader - Software
This Australian software organisation is seeking a talented and innovative Team Leader to head their Customer Service and Sales business hub.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing you will be leading a team of four and accountable for:
- Monitoring, coaching and developing a strong multi skilled team
- Driving process improvement and efficiency
- Ensuring quality execution around client facing processes
- Motivating and energising the team to ensure KPIs and targets are met
- Building brand loyalty through customer satisfaction
To be guaranteed an interview you will possess:
- Experience leading a sales and customer service team ideally within professional services
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Experience using a CRM software, ideally MS dynamics
- Strong data analytics experience to improve team performance
- Exposure in working with value adding product and service suite
