IT Service Desk Analyst - South London

I am currently looking for a service desk analyst to work for my client in South London doing 1st line support.

The role will be a generic 1st line support role where you will be expected to deal with users issues and queries upon the first point of contact or escalate issues where needed.

Candidates must be able to meet clients SLA's, record IT related issues to a good detailed standard and preferably have knowledge of Landesk.

My client uses Windows and Microsoft technologies so again candidates must have good knowledge of Windows 7 and above.

Candidates who apply for this role must have previous experience working in an IT helpdesk environment to be considered for this role.
