The Role

FPSG Connect is currently recruiting for receptionist to work for our corporate Insurance clients based in Glasgow.

Your duties will include…

  • Answering all calls in a professional and friendly manner.

  • To meet and greet all visitors to the office in a welcoming and friendly manner.

  • To assist other members of staff with ad hoc admin duties.

  • To ensure meeting rooms are clean and prepared for meetings.

  • To assist in distributing mail.

  • To ensure reception area is tidy and clean at all times.


Keen and reliable.

Polite and confident telephone manner.

Good presentation.

Polite and well mannered.

Able to work from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
