Customer Service Advisor

This is a great opportunity to develop your customer service skills further within a fast paced and exciting environment, as part of an energetic and international customer service teams working with a global brand.

If you have an interest in technology, this opportunity could be very interesting, as you will be servicing customers of the world's biggest video games systems.

Knowledge of video games consoles would be advantageous, however certainly not necessary as full product training will be provided.

This is a contact centre role, so you will be working with customer over various communication channels, including by phone, email and webchat.

What experience you will need

Fluency in English
Customer Service Experience essential (Contact centre preferred, however experience in any fast paced customer facing role considered)
Excellent communication skills are essential
Meeting targets and accuracy, quality, volume and to agreed service level agreements
Telephony experience is desirable

Your shifts will vary between these times: 08:00-20:00 Monday - Sunday (40 hours p/w)
