Junior Marketing Executive
Our customer a leading provider of insurance products is seeking to recruit a Junior Marketing Executive to join their rapidly expanding Marketing Department from prestigious offices in Kent.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of company's marketing plan from assisting in its creation to execution.
This will incorporate the full marketing mix to include marketing plans, events, communications, agency relationships, media contracts, promotional materials, case studies, website content, social media activity, email campaigns, proof reading and copy writing.
You will support the planning, development and delivery of effective marketing initiatives through a range of media channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and increase revenue and profitability.
You will ensure delivery to deadlines and to budget; ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; and report on progress and end performance
By ensuring that the marketing plan is supported with a sound PR strategy and consistent brand messaging, you will assist the Head of Marketing in continuing to raise the company's profile within the real estate markets and legal profession.
You will regularly work with external agencies to ensure timely implementation at a consistently high standard within pre-agreed costs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior marketer with good marketing experience gained in a B2B financial services environment, ideally insurance.
Educated to degree level and/or with a professional marketing qualification, you will have previously worked in delivering marketing campaigns from creation to execution and evaluation.
Demonstrable experience in managing a busy workload, project management, stakeholder engagement, and managing and evaluating external agencies are essential, along with excellent communication, organisational and copy writing skills.
With strong interpersonal skills, you will be comfortable in building effective relationships at all levels internally and externally.
Proficiency with all MS applications (in particular Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is essential and any experience of article, editorial and press release creation, would be advantageous
You will be a professional, proactive individual with meticulous attention to detail.
You will be able to prioritise a busy workload to achieve business objectives.
