Software Sales Support

Job Type: Permanent/ Full Time

Location: Oxfordshire

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000


My client is a well-established business with offices based in Oxfordshire.  They are now looking for a Graduate Software Sales Support Administrator to join their support team.

As a Graduate Software Sales Support Administrator you will be responsible for managing sales prospects, bid management, marketing and support to the sales team.

Main duties include:

- Setting up and maintaining demo systems
- Set up all orders
- Issue project and service pack quotes
- Assist with sales responses and demonstrations
- Cover the support teams emails and phone calls during busy periods
- Assist the support team with reporting and customer feedback
- Monitor and respond to posts on social media sites


Any of the following would be advantageous to your application:

- Sales or marketing experience
- Previous experience with enterprise software database products

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to learn new skills, take on new challenges and progress within their career.  As your responsibility increases you will be required to travel to client sites.
