Administrative Support Assistant

Cavendish Professionals is proud to be working with one of Europe's largest construction companies, who are currently working on a refurbishment project based in London.

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Support Assistant/ Technical Assistant to join their site team in central London on a temporary basis.

The successful candidate MUST have previous experience working for a construction or engineering company in order to understand some of the basic processes and terminology used within the field.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • General admin duties, drafting letters and emails, taking minutes at meetings etc.

  • Assisting in the set up of the O&M manual

  • Some document controller work (experience in this field would be an advantage)

  • Answering phones, taking messages etc.

This is a contract position that will run for a minimum of 2 months with a view to being extended.
