Technical Pensions Assistant

Provide information and guidance on

Local tax and regulatory framework to support the administration of local occupational and personal pensions

UK pension scheme legislation and regulations (pensions and tax law) to support the administration of QROPS and QNUPS business

Respond to internal and external queries on QROPS and QNUPS in multiple jurisdictions

Keep abreast of changes in regulations that impact on core pensions business and provide briefing notes or technical bulletins as appropriate to the target audience

Develop and/or review calculation tools used to perform complex calculations (e.g.

illustrations or benefit calculations) in line with agreed processes and controls

Design and deliver training material or presentations to internal stakeholders

Draft and/or review

i) Processes and control frameworks e.g.

Risk Register

ii) Scheme documentation e.g.

Trust Deed and Rules, Member Booklets, Terms and Conditions

iii) Marketing material
