Operations Manager

* - Paying up to £35k dependant on experience

My fantastic client based in Ascot are now looking for an Operations Manager to join their ever-growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and leading initiatives on strategic projects to develop the UK business

  • Analysing customer experiences and business processes, identifying and tracking teams KPIs that measure their performance

  • Identifying all possible sources of customer feedback and developing insights from them to deliver initiatives that improve the customer experience

  • Liaising with external business partners, negotiating contracts and agreements and developing business relationships.

  • Managing technical and customer service teams

  • Producing business reports

Requirements of Operations Manager:

  • Be confident and professional when talking with Senior Management

  • Be able to work to tight deadlines in a changing environment

  • Be adaptable and flexible to meet the changing needs of the business

  • Have MS Office experience to an intermediate level and ability to learn new software's and programmes quickly

  • Experience in managing team
