Fuel Card Services is one of the largest independent agents of fuel cards in the UK, working as agents on behalf of most of the major oil companies including BP, Esso, Shell and Texaco.

Our fuel cards provide efficient refuelling nationally and leading fleet management services.

Due to continuing business success and growth we now have a fantastic opportunity available for a Telesales Executives to join our team in Leeds.

What will I be responsible for?

Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, the Telesales Executive will be responsible for proactively generating business through outbound cold calling to other businesses and to act as customer services advisor for any customers they bring on board for the first 6 months of the customer’s account duration.

Your key responsibilities will also include:

- Maintaining regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.
- Maintain a full understanding of Fuel Cards and the market.
- Plan & prioritise sales activities to achieve agreed targets, involving high volume business to business cold calling.
- Maintain and develop new and existing customers through appropriate sales methods, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to, and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
- Update all customer records on the CRM system.
- Manage the accounts that are sold by the individual for a period of six months.
- Making sure all the Call Back’s /Courtesy calls are up to date on a daily basis.

The ideal Telesales Executive:

- Good standard of education preferably with a ‘C’ or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Experience working in an office environment essential, preferably with Business to Business Telesales experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages – Word, Outlook and Excel
- Target conscious and results driven.

In return for your hard work as our Telesales Executive, you can expect to receive a salary of £16,833 basic rising to £17,300 after your probation – OTE £21,000 - £35,000 per annumwith a range of benefits.
