Purchase Ledger - Finance Assistant

Do you have previous Purchase Ledger experience using SAP?

Duties to include:

• Daily banking of sterling and Currency accounts
• Bank reconciliation of sterling and currency accounts
• Reporting of key cash figures to parent company
• Owner of the purchase ledger process
• Monthly Barclaycard posting and reconciliation
• Generation of payment proposals and entering into the bank ready for approval
• CRC Administration duties
• Processing of Direct Debit claims within the bank software
• Fixed Asset reconciliation
• Provide support to head of Finance in month end closure
• Provide assistance to other Finance team members in their daily activities

Skills/Experience Required:

• AAT qualification would be advantageous
• Relevant finance department experience
• SAP or similar system experience
• Highly numerate
• Effective time-manager, multi-tasker and excellent organisational skills

Hours: Full Time 
Salary: £attractive 
Location: Great Abington, Cambridgeshire
