Job description:

Core-Asset Consulting's client, a long term savings and pensions firm in Edinburgh, is looking to hire 2 individuals on an initial 3 months' temporary basis to join their team and to act as first point of contact for their clients and internal stakeholders.

You would handle incoming/outgoing calls and work with client information.

This would be an excellent opportunity for someone with contact centre or financial administration experience to step in to Edinburgh's financial services and investments sector.

Core responsibilities:

  • To act as first point of contact for clients

  • Respond to and fully resolve customer contacts

  • Build strong client relationships

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls

  • Log calls and update client information

  • Export data into relevant preferred format

  • Check the accuracy of data prior to submission

  • Report any problems arising from client data issues

  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when required

Core skills:

  • Excel skills advantageous

  • Accuracy and ability to demonstrate attention to detail

Core requirements:

  • Contact centre experience is advantageous
