Job Title: Salesforce Analyst
Location: Wilmslow - Head office
Hours of Work: 08:30 - 17:00 (37.5 hours)
Salary: £27.5k - £35k DOE
This position will be a key enabler in the use of the Salesforce platform that the company use in their sales function.
You will spend the majority of your time administering, customizing and improving the application as the stake holders require and will be a key influence in assisting to shape the future of the technology.
This role will be working alongside IT, Sales and Marketing colleagues of all bands.
As a Salesforce Analyst, you will be responsible for:
, Perform all administration functions such as security user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage management.
, Perform all administration process (including, but not limited to Workflows, Validation Rule, Approval Process, Assignment Rule, list generation)
, Act as the primary point of contact for day to day user requests
, Regularly perform database de-duping and clean up procedures
, Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
, Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
, Assist users with report design and management using best practice experience
, Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as they related to the platform
, Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the platform to support additional business processes or functions
, Maintaining high quality of data being sync'd with 3rd party applications
, Establishing good working relationships and communication channels with relevant departments
, Producing Management Information (MI) based on current sales and marketing data
, Monitoring platform performance, managing platform enhancements and making recommendations for improvements
, Handling system administration maintenance
, Ensuring documentation of policies, procedures and work processes is complete and up to date.
, Troubleshooting key pain points and offering resolutions
, Extensive Salesforce.com administration experience required with a strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
, Salesforce Certifications desired include: Administrator (ADM201)
, Knowledge and experience of Marketing automation platforms, Pardot - advantageous
, Strong understanding of Salesforce.com technical requirements, system configuration, and user requirements
, Experience working with the Salesforce Communities
, Strong communication, documentation, prioritization and training skills
, Proficiency in custom objects, validation rules, workflows, reporting, dashboards, assignment rules, and formula fields
, Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task in a results oriented business environment
, Able to manage projects and track progress
, Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills
, Excellent analytical ability
, High level of accuracy and a strong eye for detail
, Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
, Intermediate/Advanced knowledge, understanding and query ability in SQL
, Team player - ability to fit in with team and department colleagues
, Experience working in a B2B Sales and Marketing environment preferable
