One of our best clients; an innovative online fashion retailer is looking to recruit a key member for their HR Systems team.

The role is crucial to the HR team and the business; it ensures that HR systems are operating efficiently and that the information held within them is accurate and up to date.

The HR Systems Consultant plays an important role in helping to manage change and progress within our HR technology environment.

Key responsibilities:
, Support the global HR department and other functions in the development and maintenance of efficient processes and the provision of accurate and timely data.
, Act as a consultant to HR teams and functions to support the development of new functionality.
, Act as the main contact and technical point of escalation for internal HR users.
, Responsible for the provision of operational support to the HR function and HR systems users.

This includes responding to requests for ad hoc reports and all general queries.
, Organising and delivering training for HR users as required
, Liaise and work with IT, Finance and other Business Services functions to deliver system related projects, change requests and other initiatives.
, Consult and advise other functions (e.g.

Finance, Marketing) on impacts and implications of process changes.

Ensure an integrated approach is taken.
, Consult and provide specialist advice to Practice and Business Services functions as required.
, Identify and deliver technology enhancements to manual processes to improve automation and efficiency.
, With the team, manage all aspects of each HR application acting as the main contact point for internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
, Help organise the quarterly change request cycle, coordinating HR Systems, IT and Finance resources to scope, implement and test changes to systems.

Professional with business acumen and attention to detail.
, Has direct experience of Success Factors or Workday paired with strong Excel skills.
, Understanding the context of HR systems and processes within the organisation.
, Strong communications skills and experience training or upskilling others in the use of HR systems.
, Ideally experience in a professional services or related environment.
