Juice Hospitality are seeking applications from experienced High Rosette or Michelin Star Restaurant Managers.

Our client operate a venue from within a 5

* Hotel and have established an operation that is very successful headed behind the scenes by one of the UK's best chefs.

We are seeking applications from candidates who can operate to the 3AA and above level and work with a high volume of business.

The role will involve operational responsibility for overseeing the management of the Restaurant.

This will involve ensuring that service is at all times performed in a professional manner and to the style specified by the company.

As well as day to day operational responsibility you'll be able to handle administration, recruitment and some HR matters such as disciplinary and health and safety.
