Administration Assistant/Receptionist

This Australian consulting company is developing a name for itself through their drive to provide expert and personalised solutions to their clients.

Due to growth, they are seeking a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to be the go-to person for the office.

Reporting directly to the Business Services Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Mailing, scanning, faxing

  • Meet and greet clients, and set up meeting rooms

  • Respond to enquiries where possible

  • Edit and prepare documents, reports, and presentations

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel

  • Ensuring office stationary and kitchen is kept well stocked

To succeed in this role you will have prior experience as either a receptionist or administrative assistant.

You enjoy getting involved in all aspects of a business, and aren't afraid of getting stuck in and helping out.

With an energetic and confident attitude, you will make yourself known throughout the business, and be rewarded with career opportunities and progression in several departments.

You will have a professional phone manner and presentation, and ideally a Certificate in Administration.
