Property and Compliance Officer

This organisation is a not-for-profit who assists tens of thousands of people across NSW.

They promote the well-being and care of these individuals through charity, education, and governance.

Your primary role is to assist in the management of compliance and WH&S matters across the properties within NSW.

You will carry out audits and inspections of those properties and work with their tenants to ensure that they meet government and regulatory accreditation standards.

This a newly created role, so you will also be responsible for creating and training a team to assist you in auditing these properties, ensuring that the state database is updated and maintained regularly, and liaise with key internal and external stakeholders.

This is a diverse role with a combination of property and compliance management exposure.

It is expected you will have previous experience in a similar role, and a grounding in property management and relevant trade qualifications.

You will have an understanding of legal and compliance matters relevant to property management, and the ability to liaise with all levels within in a business.

This is an opportunity to make your mark on a newly created position and develop your stakeholder management experience.

You will be part of a small and dedicated executive team which will rely on your attitude and expertise to support the business.
