Accounts Assistant

My Client, a leading service provider, is searching for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis (40hrs per week).

Reporting into the Accounts Manager you will assist with the day to day running of a busy accounts department.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Purchase Ledger

* Sales Ledger

* Credit Control

* Preparing payment runs

*Ad hoc office administration

The successful candidate will:

* Be at least part AAT qualified, however candidates who are QBE will also be considered

* Have gained experience in a similar role

* Possess a clear and confident telephone manner

* Have a high degree of accuracy

* Have strong IT skills, knowledge of Sage is desirable
