My client is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join their residential home in Frome supporting the elderly with Dementia.


This is a leading care provider in the South West and have an excellent reputation which is illustrated in their CQC report which is "Good".


This is an established 50 bedded home that specialises in dementia care, in which staff have undergone quality training, while the home has also received the Gold Standard Framework Award for end-of-life care.


The following candidates should have:




  • Have at least 2 years experience in a managerial position in an Elderly setting.


  • You must also hold a NVQ Level 3 or Level 4 in Leadership for Heath and Social Care Services (or equivalent).
