HR Coordinator (Part Time)

HR Coordinator - 17.5 hours per week.

Our exciting client based in Uxbridge is currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join their fun & friendly team.

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the International HR Strategy by playing a key role in the successful design and implementation of a new HR Services function.

This position is 50% HR and 50% Payroll.


  • To play a key role in driving both the design of new HR processes and the implementation of those processes into the MyHR Services team for the future

  • Provide advice, support and guidance to managers and employees on day to day HR issues on a European basis

  • Make suggestions for improvement of processes

  • Build effective relationships with HR Business Partners and Centre of Excellence teams to deliver best in class service

  • Checking and finalising monthly payroll

  • End of Year payroll process

  • Prepare Earned Income for all three payrolls on a quarterly and annual basis (for bonus planning purposes)

  • Advising managers and employees on their payroll & benefit queries/issues

  • Liaising with third party providers (i.e.

    Outsourcing companies/benefit providers)

  • Handling all administration for employee benefits, including dealing with insurance companies, holiday management, pensions, private health etc.

  • Preparation and issuing of new employment contracts for the UK and Nordics markets

  • Ensuring Starter packs are provided to all new employees

  • Following process for managing first day for new starters

  • Advising managers on induction processes and follow through to completion

  • Preparing personnel files and ensuring they are updated at all times

  • Checking on appropriate work permits - raise concerns with appropriate HR Business Partners

  • Support HR Business Partners and managers in the administration of all terms and conditions changes

  • Ensuring relevant paperwork is authorised

  • Updating tracker sheets

  • Liasing with payroll on changes

  • Starters and leavers paperwork

  • Handling leavers' process for market responsibility, working in conjunction with HRBP's.

  • Schedule exit interviews with HRBP's if necessary

We are looking for professionals with the following:

  • Must have full UK end-to-end payroll experience.

  • Experience in HR administration

  • Experience of working with complex issues and dealing with multiple countries

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Customer Service and Relationship Skills
