German Speaking Customer Care Executive, Dublin

German Speaking Customer Care Executive required for this leading, successful Tour Operator located in Dublin.

(Fixed Term Maternity Contract).

The core responsibility in this role is to take care of the customer service / account handling function within this Groups Department, ensuring that client group operations requirements, for this department, operate smoothly and within a timely fashion.

Other key responsibilities include:
- Utilise this Tour Operators in-house system to generate all client & supplier communications.
- Ensure all confirmed proposals are accurately reflected on this Tour Operators in-house system, facilitating a smooth & accurate accounting process.
- Operate this department's 24 hour emergency phone number on a rotational basis, with your colleague's.
- Conduct any sales and marketing activities, either in Ireland or in the overseas German speaking markets.
- Use your fluent German and English language skills, daily.

The successful candidate will be suitably experienced and able to use their fluent German & English language skills, throughout the day, daily.
You will show strong organisational skills, excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills and work with good attention to detail.

You will be happy & confident working in a busy environment, effectively.
It is advantageous to have a strong knowledge of Scottish and Irish markets.
