Accounts and Administration

I am recruiting for an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join a fun and friendly team based in Maidenhead! This is a permanent opportunity to start ASAP for a company that will offer training, support and a role with a lot of variety and exposure.


Duties:



  • Signing off purchase invoices against purchase orders

  • Requesting and chasing credit notes from suppliers

  • Obtaining estimated delivery dates from suppliers

  • CRM - Updating new and existing maintenance contracts, as well as tracking renewals and cancellations

  • Monitoring and managing repairs and returns

  • Credit Control

  • Banking Cheques

  • Opening and distributing incoming post, franking outgoing post

  • Answering phones, message taking and / or transferring calls accordingly

  • Filing remittances and statements

  • Holiday/sick cover for other members of the finance and admin department (training will be provided)

  • General office duties

  • Ad hoc roles as directed by the Finance Director


This is a good opportunity for someone with a strong "can do" attitude and looking to start their career within Finance.

The role is quite heavily administration based but there will be an opportunity to take on new duties to get more engaged within Finance.
