The Role
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for generating new business by providing a uniquely extensive range of Property Search and Environmental Conveyancing Services.

You will be targeting an array of decision makers within Law Firms, Estate Agents both within Residential and Commercial markets within your assigned territory.

You will be seeking new business opportunities and selling the extensive product range such as Environmental Search Reports, Anti Money Laundering and Conveyancing services.

The Candidate
The Business Development Manager must be adept at new business development activities and be a true hunter; highly money motivated, driven and ambitious.

You must have experience selling Conveyancing Services or Environmental Search Reports to Law Firms and Estate Agents.

You will need to be highly articulate individual with a high degree of Environmental intelligence to fit in with the company's culture.

The Package
On offer is a base package of between £30,000-£40,000 depending on experience with a pension, private healthcare and a number of other benefits such as Car, Laptop, Phone.

Additionally, there is also an uncapped commission plan with an OTE of £50,000 which is set to be over achieved on.

You will also be joining a company that has a track record of developing and promoting their staff and this is the first phase of growth for this business unit so career progression wise this could be the perfect platform.
