Learning and Development Facilitator

One of the UK’s leading providers of drug treatment services have an opportunity for a Learning and Development Facilitator

Their collaborative Learning and Development team is seeking a dynamic, experienced facilitator with excellent facilitation skills, and experience of designing interactive training events that meet the needs of diverse learners.

Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager the purpose of this role is to support the development and delivery of Learning and Development opportunities to the organisation.

The successful candidate will have very strong communication skills including the ability to build strong relationships, and be confident delivering training to all business levels.

They will have an understanding of, and commitment to, the work of RAPt and a passionate belief that internal Learning and Development can have a positive impact on our employees, and therefore the experience of our clients.

A Level 3 Counselling qualification, a recognised training qualification or a CIPD qualification is desirable.
