Administration Assistant

£15,000 - £20,000 (9.00am - 5.00pm)


My client has a great opportunity for an Administration Assistant role based in Wembley with a rapidly expanding luxury refurbishment company, who due to expansion now require a new member to provide day to day administration support to the team.

Responsibilities for the role of Administration Assistant

Answering incoming calls and transfer on to the relevant person / taking messages when unavailable.

Filing various work documents on a daily basis.

Assisting key personnel with various day to day tasks (these include chasing people for information, forwarding documents to various professionals via emails).

Print Drawings and organise them into hangers/folders.

Download drawings and save onto computer system.

Experience required for the role of Administration Assistant

Ability to use Microsoft office (Word & Excel)

Speaking confidently on telephone with clients & other professionals.

Eager to learn.

Work in a team.

My client would consider a college or school leaver and train in the above skills
