Leisure Supervisor
We are looking for a Leisure Centre Supervisor to join Barking Council

We are looking for an experienced supervisor to manage the roted staff in line with the needs of the business on a daily basis.

In addition, to manage staff in accordance to the structure as directed by the relevant line Manger.

Provide appropriate inductions and Health and Safety training for all employees as directed by Operations Manager/General Manager.
Your role.

Supervise public use of facilities and ensure compliance with established programmes of use.
Set out, regularly inspects and checks equipment to ensure that it is in a usable condition and operates correctly and that defects/damage to these items, buildings etc.

are reported and attended to by the appropriate persons.
Operate filtration and heating plant and equipment to ensure adequate standards of heating and water purity.
Undertakes regular inspections of the building and arranges cleaning as necessary including any associated external areas.
