Our Client is looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our team working under a highly acclaimed Head Chef, who trained under 2 very well known renowed Chefs.This Head Chefleads a kitchen focussed on use of the finest British ingredients to produce amazing cuisine to a very high standard.

Candidates should have at least two years' experience as Chef de Partie in a comparable kitchen.

Alongside a passion for cooking, they need an individual who will be involved in menu development and must have the required skills to lead a brigade in order to consistently deliver outstanding food.
