HR ADVISOR - PORTSMOUTH - COMPETITIVE SALARY AND COMPANY BENEFITS
A leading logistics company are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor at their Portsmouth site.
They are looking for an experienced HR Advisor who holds a CIPD or equivalent qualification.
The HR Advisor will own the HR department processes and services, as agreed with the Head of Operations and HR.
You will undertake a range of operational and strategic personnel and development activities to support the achievement of organisational goals and objectives.
As a HR Advisor you will review and develop the HR policies and procedures and provide HR advice, guidance and support to the company.
To be considered for this role you will have extensive experience of working within a HR environment, hold the relevant HR qualifications and have strong employment knowledge.
You will have experience of maintaining excellent employee relations and working with trade unions is essential.
The role offers competitive annual salary along with 22 days holiday, Life Assurance and Company Pension.
