Marketing and Website Coordinator

Marketing and Website Co-ordinator (12 month FTC)

Our exciting client based in Bourne End is currently recruiting for a creative Marketing and Website Co-ordinator to join their fun and friendly team.

The successful candidate must have strong experience managing website content and have good understanding of Google Analytics.

Key duties:

  • Maintenance of websites, ensuring content is relevant and up to date.

  • Liaise with Agencies and Distributors to ensure non-English language versions of the sites are efficiently translated and maintained.

  • Regularly create new content for the websites to engage Users & aid SEO.

  • Website content management and website development process management.

  • Responsible for Social Media Sites - Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook, including monitoring and creating content.

  • Creating, testing and dispatching email campaigns/bulletins using Campaign Monitor.

  • Image editing, creation and management of new images.

  • Monthly statistical reporting relating to online marketing activity using Google Analytics.

  • Management of new projects through to implementation stage.

  • Monthly follow-up with Account Managers to report on Website and Branding Issues.

  • Regular phone contact with Distributors to discuss new and updated content for their individual Distributor websites.

  • Analyse and report on traffic in order to maximise sales and generate revenue.

  • Work with third party agencies to fix any online issues.

  • Responding to incoming email enquiries efficiently.

  • Constantly reviewing competitor websites.

  • Full cover for Marketing Manager when on leave or absent from the office.

We are looking for professionals with the following:

  • Able to use own initiative

  • Good writing skills and the ability to visualise as well as convey a message into relevant and interesting content.

  • Excellent communication skills & telephone manner

  • Experience of using a web Content Management System (Umbraco), Photoshop, Word (Advanced), Excel (Advanced) and PowerPoint - other software packages an advantage.

  • Impeccable attention to detail

  • Efficient in multi-tasking and prioritisation

  • Organised approach, especially when dealing with a large volume of tasks

  • Punctual

  • Efficient
