Personal Assistant

An opportunity has arisen for you to join their team as a Personal Assistant.

Providing 1:1 support to a busy executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Diary and travel management

  • Expenses

  • Preparation of presentations and reports

  • Ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders

  • Involved with Event management

  • Provide broader administration/office support when required

To be successful in this role you must possess:

  • Prior experience working with a senior leader (Ideally in a corporate environment)

  • Consider candidates who have worked 1:1 or team support roles looking for the next step up

  • Keen eye for detail

  • Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to prioritise your work

  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills

  • Professional and confident communication skills (written and verbal)
