Sales Team Assistant

Reporting directly to the NSW Branch Manager your main focus will be to provide a high degree of service to your sales team in a proactive and timely manner.

You will be accountable for:

  • Supporting the sales team of four with client requirements including quotes and pricing lists

  • Answering client requirements in a professional, courteous and appropriate manner

  • Updating and maintaining client and product information on the internal CRM

  • Confirming bookings

  • Collating sales materials and packs

  • Creating strong internal stakeholder relationships

To be considered for interview you will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role supporting a sales team

  • Strong time management, problem solving and analytical skills

  • Experience using MS Dynamics and MS Excel

  • Demonstrated ability to use your initiative and think proactively

  • Strong communication skills coupled with an approachable and mature working nature

  • A process and system driven working style
