£18,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission


My Client is an award winning Recruitment Company who has offices around the World.

Following years of sustained growth, they are now seeking to recruit a number of permanent Telesales Executives to join their existing team in Bristol.

As a Telesales Executive, your role is to support Recruitment Consultants by sourcing and managing new candidates for our client's vacancies with a view to progress and develop.

A Telesales Executive key responsibilities will be to:

  • Build Relationships with Clients

  • Generate your own leads

  • Source, place and prepare candidates for interviews

  • Negotiate Fees

  • Manage job offers

  • Close deals

  • Responsible for developing your own ‘business'

Successful candidates will receive an extensive 13 week training programme comprising of both on the job and classroom based training from industry leading professionals.

Previous recruitment experience will not be necessary as full training will be provided.

A thorough knowledge of basic Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel is essential as is a professional demeanour and telephone manner.
