The Role:
In the role of a Business Development Manager you will be expected to develop new business and manage existing customers by offering an award winning portfolio of Contract Furniture.

You will be selling Sofas, Beds, Display Cabinets, Recliners, Dining furniture to Care Homes within an assigned territory.

The key responsibilities for the Business Development Manager are to expand the existing customer base as well as managing accounts in a field based capacity.

You will be dealing with key decision makers within the Care Home market, managing the whole sales cycle from start to close of deal.

The candidate:
As a Business Development Manager you will need to be a self-motivated team player that is used to exceeding goals and revenue expectations.

It is essential for the candidate to have sold into the Care Home Market, as well as having the ability to be coerce with key decision makers to close a deal successfully.

The individual will need to have a proven track record in sales, preferably within contract furniture to hit the ground running.

The Package
As a Business Development Manager you will receive a basic salary of £40,000 + excellent benefits and a lucrative commission structure with a realistic OTE of £70,000.

You will be given an array of benefits such as car or allowance, fuel card, healthcare and Pension.
