Business Development Executive

We are currently working with a niche manufacturing company with over 130 years of history.

They have predominately focused on the UK market but are now expanding rapidly across Europe.

Following recent investment and expansion of their UK site, they are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to further grow and expand their business across global markets.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business across several markets in Europe and fluency in any of the following languages would be advantageous - French, Italian, Spanish or German.

Responsibilities will include:

, Managing the day to day relationships of proactive client accounts.
, Securing and selling into new accounts and to deliver territory sales targets.
, Complete all credit checking and negotiate pricing.
, Inputting updates in SAP/CRM of new accounts and building business plans.
, Ensure all client interactions are accurate, timely and professional.
, Contact clients proactively to maintain relationships and increase sales in existing accounts.
, Deliver internal/external client/colleague sales and product training.
, Advise clients of the best/replacement product, pricing/offers and stock levels.
, Ensure pricing on SAP is accurate and confirm lead times to clients.
, Identify market opportunities, events and activities to promote the brand.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an excellent telephone manner and have had some account management or telesales experience.

You will be motivated and driven to exceed targets.

Experience in SAP would be beneficial but not essential.

Fluency in French, Italian, Spanish or German would be advantageous.
