Due to continued success and growth, we are now looking to expand our team of Travel Consultants and we are looking for people just like you!

Who are we looking for?

When recruiting for Travel Consultants, we looking for individuals who are IT literate, well organised, able to follow guidelines and above all be motivated by sales and hitting targets.

Proven experience of working in a similar call centre environment would be advantageous but not essential to be considered for this role.

Above all we are looking for you to have a real passion for travel and a desire to provide an outstanding booking experience for our customers so that they return to us time and time again.

What will I be responsible for?

When you join our team as a Travel Consultant, you will be set personal sales targets to work towards as well as being monitored on average call handling times, accuracy and customer service.

On a daily basis you will be working with several different product booking systems at one time so a cool, calm outlook with the ability to multi task is vital and this will also come in handy when you find yourself having to resolve customer issues when things don’t go quite to plan as you will be expected to provide our customers with the highest level of support and commitment.

Our call centre is open 364 days a year from 8am to 8.30pm Monday – Friday and 8am to 6pm at weekends and bank holidays so as a full time Travel Consultant you will be expected to work a shift rotational pattern of early and late shifts plus every other weekend.

Part time hours are also available for evenings and weekend shifts.

We have both full time and part time roles available.

Salary is dependent on experience and is between £15,500 and £17,500 per annum, plus monthly incentive/bonus payments.
