HR and Payroll coordinator

To contribute to the International HR Strategy by playing a key role in the successful design and implementation of a new HR and Payroll Services function.

Payroll & Benefits (UK, Nordics, Netherlands & South Africa)

  • Inputting of payroll information onto SAP and ensuring SAP data is 100% accurate at all times

  • Checking and finalising monthly payroll

  • End of Year payroll process for the UK

  • PIID's/Form 42/Share Reporting

  • Prepare Earned Income for all payrolls on a quarterly and annual basis (for bonus planning purposes)

  • Orbit Reports

  • Advising managers and employees on their payroll & benefit queries/issues

  • Liasing with third party providers (ie.

    Outsourcing payroll companies/benefit providers)

  • Handling all administration for employee benefits, including dealing with insurance companies, holiday management, pensions, private health etc.

  • Payslips

  • Working with and providing external providers with information on all mobility employees to enable accurate reporting for tax purposes for expat employees


  • Carrying out right to work checks with employees on their 1st day

  • HR Induction for new hires

General Administration & Coordination

  • Long Term Disability

  • References

  • Payview Queries

  • Redundancy Calculations/letters

  • ER correspondence

  • SOX administration

  • Ensuring all trackers are up to date and 100% accurate

  • Ad-hoc administration as and when necessary

  • Managing process for Maternity and Paternity

  • Managing the leavers process

SAP Administration

  • Ensuring all employee data is accurately recorded in SAP for all markets where payroll is managed by the HR Services Team

  • Providing adhoc reports when necessary
