Project Team Coordinator

Exciting opportunity to join well know leader in their field.

Supporting the tenders team your senior administration experience will see you be a crucial part of this busy team.

Based close to the CBD, in their head office, with the opportunity to take on more work once this contract completes.





Duties and Responsibilities include but not restricted to:



  • Supporting multiple project managers across variety of business units to ensure smooth operations

  • Full document control for the project across number of databases

  • Confident with liaising with multiple and diverse stakeholders both internal and external

  • Handling tenders / submissions administration

  • Prioritising inquires, requests, and urgent matters

  • Performing administrative duties and general correspondence



Skills and Experience:



  • Solid background in team support with large corporations

  • Team support with tenders team or tender co-ordination will be highly regarded

  • Proven ability to ensure efficient document management for the team across multiple systems

  • Experience in working within fast paced fluid work environments

  • Strong communication skills as will be liaising with key internal and external stakeholders

  • Intermediate to Advanced MS skills and some document control system knowledge will be highly regarded
