Legal Secretary - Construction

Challenging and rewarding legal secretary role working within their Construction team.
The role will involve some paralegal duties and will see you working at Partner level, supported by a Junior Secretary.
Your key responsibilities will see you:
- Preparing legal documents and forms
- Mentor a Junior Secretary
- Drafting general correspondence
- Scheduling appointments and managing diaries/emails
- Managing files and documents
- Liaising with clients and professionals at all levels
- Assisting with billing and invoicing
- Undertake some Paralegal duties, drafting court documents and research
- Dictaphone typing
- All other secretarial duties as required
To be successful for this excellent opportunity, you must possess:
- A proven experience within Litigation
- May suit an experienced Legal Secretary studying for their Law Degree part-time or alternatively a Senior Legal Secretary looking for a role with more involvement
- Strong technical skills and fast, accurate typing
- The ability to prioritise effectively and thrive under pressure
- The ability to mentor a Junior Secretary
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
