Site Manager


Job Description:

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Site Managers to work on a number of retail fit-out and refurbishment projects.

The positions will require candidates to travel between sites and you will also be required to work both days and nights.

Suitable candidates will need to have an up to date SMSTS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Successful candidates will be number one on site and responsible for engaging with the project team.

You will ensure consistent delivery of successful projects in order to support the achievement of the clients business objectives and to deliver the target margins

Candidates are required to have a proven track record in delivering specialist sub-contract packages in the retail sector, demonstrating experience with leading blue chip department stores, supermarkets, banks or office refurbishments.



  • CSCS

  • First Aid Certificate

  • Asbestos Awareness

  • An ability to identify and resolve problems

  • Experience of managing in a live environment

  • Leadership skills

  • Strong background working as a Site Manager

  • Excellent communication across all levels on site

  • Self motivated and driven

  • Strong organisational skills

  • A good understanding of Health & Safety practices on site

  • Previous experience working on retail fit-out projects
