The 4AA Rosette Restaurant at this beautiful hotel within stunning surroundings combines classical country house style withfresh, exciting modern British menusfromone of the UK's most talented young Head Chefs and his team of dedicated and passionate chefs.

The seasonal tasting menu uses some of Yorkshire's finest ingredients, including those grown in the hotel's own kitchen garden,reared orproduced locally.There is a choice of stunning and delicious dishes.

The kitchen gardensproduces herbs, edible flowers, fruit & vegetables which chefs use inthe seasonaldishes.

Qualifications/Experience required:
Previous experience in a establishment that was accredited with Rosettes this position would suit a experienced Commis Chef looking to move to an exceptional establishment.

Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene.

Applicants must be well presented and have strong leadership skills.
