Customer Service Advisor - Logistics

Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their busy Customer Service team.

A pro-active and customer focused individual, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Assisting with inbound customer calls relating to deliveries, goods enquiries and pricing enquiries
Liaising with drivers and other departments
Updating the in-house database and properly bill shipments pursuant to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements
Tracing shipments

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent time management, organisational and multi-tasking skills
Previous customer service experience
Strong computer
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment

Transportation experience is a plus for this busy and rewarding role.
