I am currently working with a number of leading care providers in the Somerset area, who are looking for Deputy Managers to join their organisations.

They range from Adults with Learning Disabilities and with Homes with elderly clients with Dementia.

These care providers has an excellent reputation which is illustrated in their CQC reports which is "Good".

They have multiple home in the area and supportive senior management, where there are lots of potential for progression.

They are looking to hold interview within the next week if you are interested please apply if you have the following:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a Elderly or Adults with Learning Disabilities Setting

  • Ideally an experienced Deputy Manager

  • A minimum of a NVQ-Level 3 in Health and Social Care
